I can only think of movies I haven't seen that just seem ripe for spoofing: Showgirls and Top Gun.

What about Pirates of the Caribbean: The Musical? Or would that just be like Pirates?

PS. I love that my word verification was basically Topanga

Or Pulp Fiction!

When Harry Met Sally! Pretty Woman (which would be very meta because it's sort of a spoof of My Fair Lady, I think)

Zardoz: The Musical! With such classic tracks as "The Gun Is Good, the Penis is Bad," "People From the Future Don't Clean Their Book Covers," "My Red ManDiaper Chafes, How's Yours?" "Uncomfortably Close (to Softcore Porn)," and "The Best Years of Your Life Fly By (In a 30-Second Montage)".
