Contest: Win Tickets to Scandalous

Update: The contest is now closed. Thanks to everybody who entered. The winner was picked at random. Congratulations Robb J! If you didn't win, check back on Monday for another chance to win tickets to a new musical.

The new musical Scandalous starts previews on October 13. Kathie Lee Gifford, the bookwriter and lyricist, has spent about 12 years working on the musical about superstar evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson. Two-time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello plays McPherson and judging by a preview event I attended, her performance will be one to see.

Want to win a pair of tickets to the show? There are two ways to enter:
1) Comment on this blog telling me something scandalous that you've done. (You don't have to get too personal. Feel free to make it silly or funny.)
2) Tweet about the contest or retweet one of my tweets about it.

You can enter each way once, for a total of two entries. You must be following on Twitter to win. A winner will be chosen at random from all the entries on Friday, October 12 at 4:30 p.m. Please include your e-mail address or Twitter handle in the comments so I have a way to contact you if you win. Good luck!

After I graduated Collge in Gettysburg PA I went back to visit campus during the annual festivities surrounding the civil war battle. This was the year that they destroyed the old national battlefield tower. Walking back to my old fraternity house, one of my brothers thought it would be cool to take the saw horse barricade that was blocking the road being repaved back to the house. He had been a few minutes ahead of us, and had it apart and was dragging it the block to the house. I pointed out that it ws bright daylight, and a stupid idea, and somehow convinced him to put it back. I offered to help reassemble it and had just commented that this better not get me arrested when campus security pulled up, followed shortly by the local constabulatory. No he didn't get me arrested, but we did get cited. For some reason they didn't believe that I was making him put it back not helping him steal it.

I sat on a sofa with Melina Mercouri backstage on Broadway after seeing her in Illya Darling a long time ago. I think I remember her eating grapes lol...and she had her legs up on the sofa.

I was about three years old. I took my little yellow potty and went outside on the lawn with it. My mom had no idea until she received a call from my neighbor. The neighbor told my mom to look outside and there I was sitting on the lawn on my little yellow potty. Mom didn't think it was so funny at first. She went outside and pulled me in. To this very day the neighbors still talk about my little stunt.

When I was in 7th grade, I had a journal that I wrote in with two friends and we got pretty gossipy. One of our teachers found it and to punish us for writing during class, she read it out loud to everyone. Mortifying. Clearly I'm over it. @AshleyRaeBK
